As Joyce used the epic form I have to use the form of a panel painting as a classical style. Painting about a panel painting in contemporary art means painting about painting. This means to make something timeless that is dependent on a particular time like the epos, the panel painting has to be penetrated from the contemporary view in comparison to contemporary art.
